Frequently asked questions
To help save you time on your projects, we have put together a list of common questions and problems we have encountered over our service history.
When starting projects with us, we usually require a few different items to begin:
• We need a confirmation on the scope of your project, meaning we need to know all the rooms you plan to have us work on.
• We need to have you confirm if you want to pickup your remnants after the project is finished.
• Any blueprints, drawings or plans need to be submitted to us if you have them to help the project timeline progress.
• If you have purchased material on your own, please schedule it to be delivered to us.
• We need a deposit to start working on your material.
• Please expect 2 - 3 weeks after a layout approval for fabrication & final installation.
More Important Documentation

During projects there are some things to address:
• If there are any changes to the scope of the work, it would be considered a change and may incur additional fees and extend the final date of completion for the project.
• If there are sinks, we need them available to us to be able to cutout the material accurately to fit inside your project.
• When you request a change, it needs to be addressed before the cutting begins, otherwise you will not have an opportunity to change anything on your project.
• Should the need arise for the project to not be finished on time due to no fault on our part or we need to return to the project site at a later date due to uncoordinated planning, it will incur an additional fee and will extend the project completion date.
